- How much is the shipping cost to my country ?
As every order is different (amounts/sizes/country) it's hard to have one shipping cost. Select the item you like and continue to the checkout page. Fill in your address and you'll get a detailed shipping cost to your country. If you have any troubles, would like to pick it up yourself or if your item is too heavy to be shipped by Air, don’t hesitate to contact us at shop@swiss-stone-group.com to get a personalized shipping rate.
- My country is not in the shipping list, how do I order ?
Contact us by e-mail at shop@swiss-stone-group.com and we will add your country to our shipping list, we ship worldwide.
- How long does shipping/delivery take ?
When your order is placed and paid, it will be shipped as soon as possible. For in-stock items we will ship out in 2 working days and it will be delivered in about 1-2 business days for national and 4-5 business days for international shippings, for custom orders we will let you know in advance production and shipping schedule. You can't rush creativity !
- Is my order secured when shipped ?
Yes ! We guarantee every order.
- How do we ship ?
We will ship it with Fedex, UPS, DHL or Swiss Post. If your order is too heavy, you will be contacted by us and we will make you a personalized shipping offer by Truck or Sea.
- How can I track my order ?
When your order is shipped you’ll receive a tracking number. Track it on: www.17track.net
- Do you have a return policy ?
We're pretty sure you will love our Marble pieces. Many clients worldwide can agree. Just in case you would like to send it back, It can only be returned if still sealed and never been used. Return costs are at own expense. This within 10 days of ordering.
- How can I pay ?
We accept: Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
- Is my Marble item well protected when shipping ?
Of course it is ! We ship every piece with much inside protection so it will arrive in pristine conditions.
- You would like to place a custom order ?
You saw something you love on our website and would like to make it in different sizes or in a different material? We produce everything inside our own factory so we are able to personalize anything.
